Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute division procurement strategy aligned with company objectives and CRH procurement standards.
  • •Provide leadership for external addressable spend within the division, managing category managers and specialists (5–10 managers and analysts).
  • •Partner with business leaders to implement standardized procurement practices, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across the division.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive measurable cost savings and increased value, including negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • •Lead procurement governance, compliance, supplier risk assessment/mitigation, and procure-to-pay process improvements, including workstreams associated with SAP implementation.

Key Requirements
