Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform effective credit underwriting and credit/risk administration with adherence to credit policy, including financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation, portfolio maintenance, and client support.
  • •Manage a complex portfolio by anticipating issues, taking action to develop solutions, and meeting deadlines for compliance with credit and risk policies.
  • •Drive credit work with Relationship Managers and Credit professionals on internal credit memos, research, financial modeling, executive/deal summaries, and legal documentation negotiations.
  • •Structure, underwrite, and document new business, renewals, and modifications for Data Center transactions (BTS, colocation, hyperscale).
  • •Track and report lease metrics and critical dates, maintain financial and contractual requirements for colocation agreements, and mentor junior associates/analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years (VP) or 10+ years (Director) of commercial credit experience, primarily in Commercial Real Estate.
  • •Prior experience in the Digital Infrastructure sector and Project Finance, including familiarity with industry technical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Demonstrated competency in financial analysis and credit structuring, applying credit policy, credit monitoring, and risk administration practices.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Experience with portfolio management, including proposing credit/covenant structures and documenting loans; ability to interpret sponsor/guarantor/property performance and impacts on risk profile.
