Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks, flatbeds, lowboys, and step-decks, following applicable laws.
  • •Drive or guide forklifts onto and off trailers safely.
  • •Ensure load securement is properly chained, strapped, bound, and balanced per DOT and safety guidelines.
  • •Plan efficient routes and navigate accurately to designated farms.
  • •Complete mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • •Minimum of 1 year driving experience.

  • •Ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently, climb onto trailers, and work outdoors in varying weather.
  • •Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
