Head of Organizer Account Management

Lead and scale an event organizer account management program in a player-coach role. Manage and develop a team of account managers while owning strategic organizer partnerships, end-to-end onboarding, retention, and expansion. Build the account management function’s segmentation, playbooks, and health metrics, and create partner-specific dashboards and reporting. Partner with product, data, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, renewals, and measurable growth.
