Job Summary

Build and optimize enterprise-grade agent orchestration frameworks for secure, observable AI agents. Lead Gemini and Vertex AI integrations via Vertex AI, creating internal SDKs and reusable components while refining prompt engineering, grounding, and structured outputs. Develop high-code agent libraries and secure integrations to enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow) and MCP servers. Ensure safety, governance, and strong observability with performance, evaluation, and reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize enterprise-grade agent orchestration frameworks for tool use, memory, RAG, and automated workflows.
•Develop patterns for multi-agent collaboration and workflow chaining across enterprise systems.
•Integrate and standardize Gemini models via Vertex AI, including secure API consumption and model routing through internal SDKs and abstractions.
•Create reference implementations and reusable libraries for high-code agents, including secure integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and MCP servers.
•Deliver observability, evaluation, and safety controls (logging, tracing, telemetry, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, policy enforcement) and improve performance/scalability of agent workflows.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering experience with strong distributed systems and backend architecture background.
•Deep hands-on coding expertise in Python and at least one of Go, Java, or TypeScript.
•Hands-on production experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, and agent frameworks.
•Experience integrating/operating enterprise AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, or OpenAI APIs.
•Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes), including orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
