Partner with Asset Integrity stakeholders to optimize business processes through project management, process mapping, backlog management, and data governance initiatives. Lead business process reviews and identify opportunities to streamline work, improve data quality, and enhance business performance. Develop business cases and roadmaps with business owners and IT, create BI analyses to support strategic initiatives, and recommend improvements to drive safe, compliant, efficient operations.

•Implement process or technology improvement opportunities by managing and prioritizing BPO projects, including defining scope, schedules, requirements, roles, and communication plans.
•Work with complex and cross-functional teams and manage a portfolio/backlog of projects while collaborating with business owners and IT to develop roadmaps.
•Initiate and perform business process reviews, recommending improvements to address deficiencies.
•Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of systems, develop strategies for business process improvements, and guide data quality enhancements.
•Independently develop and maintain business intelligence analyses, recommend data governance solutions, and coach lower-level professionals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,000 - 138,000
