Job Summary

Support HR transformation projects by designing and implementing HCM solutions across the Hire to Retire lifecycle. Contribute to Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors implementations using industry best practices, gather requirements with HR teams, and participate across project phases from configuration and testing to deployment and go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and payroll systems, and mentor more junior consultants when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement HCM solutions covering the Hire to Retire HR processes.
•Contribute to HCM implementation projects for Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
•Run workshops with HR teams to collect business needs and define target processes.
•Support project phases including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live assistance.
•Partner with technical teams on integrations with other systems such as ERP and payroll.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or transforming HR processes.
•Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform: Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
•Experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent) is appreciated.
•Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation.
•Ability to work effectively with HR teams and deliver in a demanding environment.
