Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement HCM solutions covering the Hire to Retire HR processes.
  • •Contribute to HCM implementation projects for Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • •Run workshops with HR teams to collect business needs and define target processes.
  • •Support project phases including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live assistance.
  • •Partner with technical teams on integrations with other systems such as ERP and payroll.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or transforming HR processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform: Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • •Experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent) is appreciated.
  • •Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation.
  • •Ability to work effectively with HR teams and deliver in a demanding environment.
