Job Summary

Own operational planning and execution for assigned product value streams, partnering with program leaders and external customers to support production planning, supply chain, quality, and logistics. Build and maintain manufacturing transition and build plans, prepare forecast and monthly sales status, and ensure alignment with customer program objectives. Establish control and reporting systems, drive root-cause and corrective actions, and coordinate production sites to deliver on-time, high-quality products while supporting rate-readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and establish key elements of strategic and tactical operation plans.
•Create and maintain the manufacturing transition and build plan.
•Prepare forecast and status of monthly sales performance.
•Manage/coordinate production sites to deliver to end customers, including aftermarket needs.
•Establish control and reporting systems and drive root-cause, corrective actions, recovery plans, and projections based on program metrics.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience with production configuration management and planning principles.
•Experience using ERP system tools, e.g., SAP.
•Prefer experience in Operations, Quality, Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Logistics management.
•Prefer working experience in the aerospace industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
