Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate a long-term product vision for enterprise AI and portfolio management, translating it into outcome-based roadmaps.
  • •Lead products using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent search to solve employee and business problems.
  • •Own internal portfolio planning and resource management capabilities, including investment prioritization, roadmap planning, and executive reporting.
  • •Partner with AI/ML teams to define success metrics and drive responsible AI practices, including governance and compliance.
  • •Act as Product Manager and Product Owner: translate needs into prioritized requirements and user stories, manage agile planning and sprint backlog, and collaborate with engineering during sprint execution and releases.
