Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project management of MRS projects, as well as non-MRS projects launching out of CMO/tollers: ensuring clear scope definition, integrated planning, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery.
  • •Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, escalating critical issues and ensuring robust execution through close coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Drive and embed innovation governance frameworks (Stage-Gate) across projects, ensuring structured progression from ideation to commercialization, with defined decision gates, risk assessments, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Drive the Demand and Supply discussions in S&OP, and ensure Production, Scheduling and Material Management for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured products.
  • •Manage the resolution of operational concerns with CMO/tollers to deliver better service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master’s degree required
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in external manufacturing, supply chain, tolling, or purchasing (food/nutrition experience preferred)
  • •Knowledge of innovation management or project management; PMI certification is an advantage
  • •Experience with external manufacturing tolling landscape and managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Strong influencing, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
