  • •5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang or Java (3+ years in the primary language)

  • •Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-powered system development (e.g., intelligent customer service, smart routing)
  • •Production experience with mainstream service frameworks and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka; able to produce design, technical, and API documentation
