Key Responsibilities

  • •Talk to operators, managers, and teams to identify what’s costing time and money, and let that guide what you design.
  • •Prototype and test ideas early with customers; kill bad concepts and iterate based on what you learn.
  • •Own the design experience and partner with Product and Engineers through implementation to ensure it ships right.
  • •Use AI across the full design process, including synthesizing research, generating concepts, refining patterns, and contributing to the codebase.
  • •Contribute to the design system and raise the team’s level through design reviews and critique.
