Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly inspections of transformers/regulators per established procedures and monitor conformance to quality standards.
  • •Run required electrical tests (e.g., ratio, resistance, continuity, VFI, CT, hipot, OX, impulse, power factor, load loss, core loss).
  • •Inspect units visually throughout assembly, including core/coil, interior, paint millage, exterior, and decal/stencil placement.
  • •Complete weekly oil sample tests and perform minor maintenance of test equipment.
  • •Document inspection status/results using company forms, collect required data, and follow EQMS policies while assisting Engineering and Manufacturing with shop-floor problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

  • •Education in AC/DC fundamentals or equivalent knowledge of electrical prints/schematics (1+ year), plus relevant electrical inspection/troubleshooting experience.
