Strategic Affairs & Governance (General Counsel)

Provide strategic legal and commercial support across investments, governance, contracts, negotiations, and corporate structures. Coordinate external legal advisers locally and internationally, review and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractual risk, and advise on governance and litigation strategy. Support investment transactions, due diligence, and transaction execution, including deal process support and corporate structuring guidance.
