Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure and monitor the availability, robustness, and performance of HPC clusters while keeping infrastructure components operational in line with OLA/SLAs.
  • •Perform support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
  • •Analyze error reports, diagnose issues, and take corrective actions to ensure continuity of operations with other technical teams and vendors as needed.
  • •Coordinate updates to HPC cluster components, LSF scheduler configuration, and deployed predictive solvers.
  • •Involve and communicate with relevant stakeholders, including end users, Digital teams, vendors, subcontractors, management, and other Airbus divisions.
