You’ll ensure availability, performance, and robustness of HPC hardware and middleware, handle incident/problem/change/configuration/event management, diagnose issues, and coordinate updates to cluster components and the LSF scheduler. Work closely with the Product Manager, end users, internal Digital teams, and vendors to maintain reliable HPC operations aligned with OLA/SLAs.
