Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the symphony of internal and external partnership stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for Agency partnership teams.
•Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and build an action plan to drive this revenue growth accordingly.
•Own the development and implementation of the JBP priorities in collaboration with Trading, Sales, and various other cross-functional partners.
•Partner with Agency Trading, Investment, Activation, and Product teams to accelerate adoption of Spotify's automation, self-service, and programmatic buying solutions.
•Strategically advise cross-functional partners on Agency needs to open new paths for revenue growth; identify gaps, opportunities and share successes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,680 - 232,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and business development across media platforms, advertising technology, or related fields.
•Experience working with major Agency holding companies and/or platform-based media, advertising technology, programmatic, or digital advertising businesses is strongly preferred.
•Deep understanding of modern digital media buying ecosystems, including self-service advertising platforms, programmatic, ad tech, data-driven activation, and measurement solutions.
•Strategic operator with a service mindset.
•High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, which encourages positive energy and passion throughout the organization and with our external partners.
