Support the full employee lifecycle within the People team, from onboarding through off-boarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Partner with US managers and employees on HR transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud while maintaining data integrity. Own HR compliance processes and audits, manage mandatory training with L&D, and deliver special projects. Field HR inquiries via the HR ticketing system and help drive employee engagement and communications initiatives.

•Own and drive People/HR compliance processes and audits, including overseeing mandatory training completion with L&D.
•Support HR operations via the HR ticketing system and participate in program rollouts, new systems, and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of recent HR operations experience as a generalist.
•BA/BS degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a technology organization.
•Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
•Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
