Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair customer and company heavy equipment and aerial lifts in a Tampa rental facility, handling complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using real-time tech tools. Create and manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, diagnose issues, and complete daily documentation. Support safety practices, assist in training lower-level technicians, and help with equipment and parts pick-up/delivery within a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call coverage.
