Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support strategic and transformation finance programs/projects, including scope, deliverables, resources, and timing.
  • •Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define objectives and drive alignment on program deliverables and timelines.
  • •Execute program work with cross-functional groups to meet timelines, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • •Identify and manage issues and risks impacting on-time delivery; recommend solutions and communicate status to finance leadership, escalating when needed.
  • •Coordinate resource planning, change management, and user acceptance testing and trainings as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting (high tech industry preferred).
  • •5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •PMP certification (desired).
  • •Proficiency in change management; Six Sigma certification (a plus).
