Job Summary

Own and evolve an enterprise platform end-to-end, covering both sustaining engineering (reliability, scalability, technical debt) and net-new feature development that supports B2B customers. Start on the Coaching application and flex to other areas as priorities evolve. You’ll scope and deliver medium-to-large projects independently, partner closely with Product on translating requirements, and support on-call/incident response during US Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the enterprise platform end-to-end, covering reliability/scalability/technical debt and net-new feature work for B2B customers.
•Start with the Coaching application and shift across the platform as priorities evolve.
•Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects by breaking ambiguity into well-sized workstreams and driving completion.
•Partner closely with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and surface trade-offs early.
•Provide on-call and incident support during US working hours to keep the platform healthy and customers supported.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90 - 125 hourly

Key Requirements

•Senior-level software engineering experience owning systems or products end-to-end in a production environment.
•Ability to scope and deliver medium-to-large projects independently from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions.
•Strong full-stack engineering in TypeScript, balancing sustaining work with net-new feature development.
•Experience building and supporting B2B/enterprise-facing software.
•Experience with on-call rotations and incident response.
