Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end visa and immigration process for personnel needing clearance to enter New Zealand for events and promotions.
•Maintain trusted relationships with immigration officials and monitor regulatory developments and protocol changes.
•Coordinate on-ground logistics for Promoter Representatives, including booking hotels, flights, and vehicles with the travel agency.
•Set up and maintain tour administration, including Box folders, tracking documents, master tour skeletons, and contractor deal memos.
•Induct and train new Promoter Representatives on policies and processes, and coordinate ongoing yearly training sessions.

•Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
