Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the maintenance team and execute management system methodologies to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • •Plan, lead and organise maintenance operations, including preventative and planned maintenance scheduling, ensuring project managers and planned jobs are completed on time.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities, equipment and utilities meet KraftHeinz Food Safety, EHS, Management System GMP requirements; embed safe working practices and sustainability.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance payroll and employee records; support related HR administration
  • •Manage team performance, coaching, development, resourcing, absenteeism, employee relations

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent (required)
  • •Strong experience in practical manufacturing/FMCG and in a supervisory role
  • •Demonstrated leadership, change-management and people-management skills with experience managing direct reports
  • •Strong commitment to safety and food quality; proven ability to maintain compliance while meeting maintenance and production targets
  • •Proven CAPEX and maintenance budget management capability, with understanding of P&L, balance sheets and cost-centre controls
