Job Summary

Capco seeks a techno-functional Senior Consultant to drive capital markets initiatives using Murex MX.3. You will bridge business and IT, analyze requirements, design solutions, and lead smaller project teams within a flexible Czech Republic remote work environment. You’ll transform processes across the trade lifecycle for leading financial institutions, combining business analysis with system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform for leading banks and financial services providers.
•Analyze business and technical requirements, develop solution designs, and support the configuration, integration, and testing of new functionalities.
•Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams, serving as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
•Support the optimization and digitalization of capital markets processes across the entire trade lifecycle.
•Gradually take ownership of work packages, sub-projects, and the functional leadership of smaller project teams.

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed university degree and relevant professional experience in consulting, IT, or transformation projects within the financial services sector.
•Strong knowledge of capital markets products and processes, for example in Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX/MM, Risk, Operations, or Accounting.
•Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 as a Business Analyst, Engineer, Key User, Application Owner, or Consultant.
•Strong interest in technical topics such as system integration, data flows, interfaces, migrations, configuration, and testing.
•Fluent English language skills, along with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
