Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain pipelines, compressors, auxiliary equipment, and related mechanical systems at compressor/pump stations, terminals, and process plants.
  • •Start, stop, and operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters, ensuring efficient equipment performance.
  • •Diagnose and repair engines, turbines, pumps, seals, valves, instruments, and other related equipment.
  • •Install, repair, service, and maintain valves, pipeline appurtenances, corrosion control protection systems, and measurement/storage equipment.
  • •Perform facility upkeep and maintenance, support safety and environmental compliance activities, and complete required documentation/recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (2-year associate or vocational-tech in mechanical or instrumentation is a plus).
  • •Experience/knowledge of compressor, pump stations, gas treatment, storage facilities, gathering/transmission, and pipeline system operations.
  • •Ability to respond to callouts and emergencies after regular business hours within 45 minutes.
  • •Knowledge reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and other diagrams, with safe handling experience for flammable gases and high/low pressure systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license, with ability to achieve/maintain required OQ/progression and other certifications applicable to the role.
