Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate multiple agile development teams delivering web, container, and serverless applications.
  • •Define and own the DevSecOps roadmap, standards, and best practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for DevSecOps delivery.
  • •Architect and oversee implementation of multiple CI/CD pipelines, standardizing templates/components and infrastructure-as-code modules.
  • •Ensure security controls are integrated throughout the pipeline (DevSecOps) and collaborate with security teams to meet governance and compliance requirements.
  • •Oversee build/test/staging/production environments, optimize reliability/observability and cloud cost performance, and mentor engineers and scrum teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • •3+ years leading multiple agile teams or acting as a release train engineer, delivery manager, or similar leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for complex applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, source control/branching strategies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
