Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Tech Lead for complex AI projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and technical rigor.
  • •Design and optimize production-ready AI solutions, moving beyond prototypes to scalable systems.
  • •Experiment with and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems to solve real-world problems.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices within the team.
  • •Work closely with the Area Manager to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • •Strong foundation in classical ML, with deep practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems.
  • •Proficiency in Python and core frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • •Experience with advanced decision-support systems, real-time predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.
  • •Solid understanding of data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including Docker and Kubernetes.
