Engineer, secure, and automate endpoint infrastructure for mobile device management (MDM). Assess, architect, and implement mobility/MDM and end-user computing solutions for tablets, smartphones, desktops, and laptops, including enrollment troubleshooting and ongoing operational support. Own MDM infrastructure performance and compliance reporting across iOS and Android, support JAMF macOS configuration profiles, validate UAT to production changes, and collaborate with engineering, security, network, and identity stakeholders to improve endpoint user experience.
