Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and monitor the ticket counter area for compliance with safety policies.
  • •Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including paper loading and basic kiosk maintenance.
  • •Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and coordinate with IT when additional servicing is needed.
  • •Verify carry-on and checked baggage policies and process customer self-tagged/checked baggage transactions.
