Job Summary

Supervise and monitor daily credit/risk operations, minimizing risk through analysis and review of credit applications. Process credit applications efficiently, provide recommendations to the Risk Manager, and support the company’s overall risk management strategy. Perform credit analysis for new schemes and products, assess non-performing cases and loan rescheduling, and help shape credit policies, discretionary powers, and workflows while tracking deficiencies and proposing mitigations.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and monitor team operations on a daily basis.
•Minimize risk by performing analysis and review of credit applications before submission to the Risk Manager.
•Process credit applications efficiently and timely.
•Prepare sound recommendations for the Risk Manager and assist in planning, designing, and implementing risk management strategy and processes.
•Perform credit analysis for new schemes/products; assess non-performing cases and loan rescheduling, including initiating or dropping legal actions, and support credit policy/workflow updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 6–7 years of relevant banking and/or microfinance experience.
•1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
•Strong risk management understanding and ability to analyze and evaluate statistical data.
•Awareness of company policy plus good analytical, reporting, planning, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
