Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the site quality management system per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare WIRs for construction activities and submit to the consultant to ensure coverage of all on-site activities.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update the Quality Manager and site team on status, and verify inspections follow the plan with corrective actions when needed.
  • •Ensure control of QA/QC plans, method of statements, test plans, and document procedures, including distribution via the document control system.
  • •Verify incoming materials per specifications and submittals, inspect internally, raise NCRs for substandard deliveries, maintain inspection/test records, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience; 3 years relevant working experience; 2 years GCC is a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) / Integrated Management System (IMS), including QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans, and method statements.
  • •Knowledge of work standards and quality systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
