Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate outsourced service provider oversight for Product Communications and Reporting.
  • •Prepare for and run regular oversight meetings and support management of open actions through to closure.
  • •Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • •Develop the communications oversight approach and ensure oversight activity is structured, effective, and aligned to business objectives.
  • •Build stakeholder relationships to secure engagement and buy-in and develop understanding of different communications service models.
