Technical Project Manager

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across the Loan Quality Center, managing work from intake through implementation. Partner with business, product, technology, and operational stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver scalable, measurable outcomes. Use data analysis to extract, transform, and interpret information from enterprise systems and databases, supporting decision-making, trend evaluation, and continuous improvement. Develop project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and drive disciplined execution and communication.
