Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate drum filling machine, centrifuge, and perform cross-site bulk transfers.
  • •Accurately read blending instructions and blend chemicals to create flavor or fragrance products.
  • •Operate department pumps, filters, scales, and computer systems to support precise blending.
  • •Issue materials and resolve SAP-related issues involving transfer orders, inventory discrepancies, and material losses.
  • •Use computers to retrieve formula information, post batches, check inventory, and print labels while following safety and quality procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (preferred) and prior experience handling chemicals.
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of packing and compounding experience, including understanding special formula instructions.
  • •Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  • •Forklift experience and ability to be on your feet up to 90% of the day.
  • •Ability to lift a 35 lb product hose and frequently move, lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
