Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer inquiries concerning systems operations and diagnose hardware, software, and operator system problems.
  • •Oversee daily performance of outlet operations and needs related to IT.
  • •Set up workstations, laptops, printers, Simphony workstations/printers, and servers; ensure proper installations.
  • •Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions, and installation activities.
  • •Monitor all application services and evaluate software/hardware to recommend and implement upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years’ experience, preferably in the Hospitality & Restaurants fields.
