Oversee daily IT operations for Raya Restaurants outlets, responding to system issues by diagnosing hardware, software, and operator problems. Keep records of communications transactions and remedial actions, evaluate hardware/software for upgrades, and coordinate with internal users and IT suppliers. Be prepared for hot-standby support and potential regional branch moves.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer inquiries concerning systems operations and diagnose hardware, software, and operator system problems.
•Oversee daily performance of outlet operations and needs related to IT.
•Set up workstations, laptops, printers, Simphony workstations/printers, and servers; ensure proper installations.
•Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions, and installation activities.
•Monitor all application services and evaluate software/hardware to recommend and implement upgrades.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years’ experience, preferably in the Hospitality & Restaurants fields.
•Good communication skills and ability to clearly communicate orally with peers and higher-level IT personnel.
•Ability to function as part of a team and be hot-standby for day-to-day IT operations.
•Good knowledge and working on MS Office365, MS AD and Windows environment.
•Microsoft Certified System Administrator Certifications; CCNA Cisco Certified Network Association.
