•Manage the single source of truth for the business: define key metrics, prioritize data agenda, and ensure alignment between local and corporate teams.
•In-depth monitoring of key product and market metrics, anticipating deviations and explaining not just what happened but why.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making and effective resource allocation.

Key Requirements

•Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
•2-4 years of experience in strategy, planning of business or project management roles in technology, financial services or consulting.
•Demonstrated structured thinking, executive synthesis, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
•Advanced English for daily collaboration with regional teams.
•SQL and Business Intelligence tools are valued.
