Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support identity services (Microsoft ADFS, ADCS, ADDS), troubleshooting complex authentication issues.
  • •Manage DNS and DHCP services in Windows environments to maintain name resolution and network configuration.
  • •Oversee backup, restore, retention, and recovery support using Azure Backup and SCDPM, including backup validation and restore testing.
  • •Support storage and infrastructure platforms including Dell Storage and Azure Storage Accounts, plus capacity planning, performance optimization, and high availability.
  • •Manage virtualization, server and cluster environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Pacemaker), perform patching and security hardening, and lead server migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and cloud engineering with hands-on Azure platform administration.
  • •Strong administration of Microsoft ADFS, ADCS, and ADDS for identity, certificate, and domain services, including troubleshooting complex authentication issues.
  • •Experience managing DNS and DHCP in Windows environments and administering Azure Backup and System Center Data Protection Manager (SCDPM).
  • •Hands-on support for storage and infrastructure components, including Dell Storage/Azure Storage Accounts and SQL/Oracle at the infrastructure level.
  • •Proficiency with virtualization and automation, including VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell automation, and patching using Azure Update Manager and Ansible.
