Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages, including procurement plans aligned to project timelines and budgets.
  • •Prepare RFQs/RFPs, run tendering processes, and evaluate technical and commercial bids to recommend vendor selections.
  • •Prepare procurement budgets and cost estimates, monitor procurement spend against project budgets, and implement value engineering initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships; lead commercial negotiations and administer procurement contracts and purchase orders.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams; ensure procurement policy compliance and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • •MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations (added advantage).
  • •8–10 years of experience in Procurement and Cost Management.
  • •Experience in Construction, Data Centers, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or Interior Fit-out projects.
  • •Proven experience handling high-value procurement contracts and negotiations.
