Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage Truist sales process, financial insights, and industry/advisory teams to deliver a differentiated client experience across client, prospect, and COI interactions.
  • •Manage, service, and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients, including prospecting to grow new commercial banking households.
  • •Contribute to the credit decisioning process by analyzing and interpreting financial statements, credit structuring, and underwriting requirements, in line with credit risk appetite.
  • •Drive continual improvement in portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue through integrated relationship management principles.
  • •Monitor and maintain sales activity, pipeline, and other client relationship data in the bank’s CRM system and meet risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations.
