Job Summary

Lead the inbound follow-up and mid-funnel layer of the sales engine, raising consistency and quality across the sales floor. You’ll manage and coach SDRs and Sales Associates, own pairing between sales roles, and set cadence and CRM hygiene standards. Design and A/B test follow-up sequences, improve show/no-show recovery, and run reactivation campaigns. Oversee partner-sourced leads, review calls using scorecards, and maintain the sales knowledge base that powers an AI sales chat assistant.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including 1:1s, coaching, hiring, and onboarding/ramp-up
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, using reply/re-engagement/conversion as scorecards
•Build and manage no-show recovery and turn missed/cancelled demos into rebooked conversations
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by setting ownership, follow-up, reporting, and tracking partner performance
•Review recorded calls and demos with a sales scorecard, coach reps, run calibration sessions, and maintain the sales knowledge base

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion
•Strong CRM discipline and ability to build sales sequences using channels like email, chat, and SMS; working with HubSpot or Salesforce
