Job Summary

Design and test RF microwave components and phased-array hardware, including component-level and system-level AESA architectures. Support production activities with hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance. Contribute to integration and testing of phased-array applications, and provide technical support across lifecycle phases of radar systems. In this onsite Tewksbury role, you’ll also help manage cost and schedule while contributing to proposal writing and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten years of prior relevant experience.
•RF/microwave system, subsystem, and component analysis, design, and test experience.
•Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition, and analytical tools such as Matlab.
•Analog CCA design and testing experience, including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design, and analog filter design.
•Strong hands-on experience with microwave testing techniques using spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and Performance Network Analyzers (PNAs).
