Key Responsibilities

  • •Support OEM partners with new product introduction and datacenter customer debug efforts focused on GPU/CPU solutions.
  • •Reproduce complex customer issues onsite at AMD and drive internal debug activity when needed.
  • •Collaborate with internal engineering teams to debug and root-cause issues.
  • •Develop and analyze experiments and set up software and hardware test harnesses to collect low-level debug logs and data.
  • •Build scaffolding software and package workloads/test cases to help internal and external debug teams reproduce issues, plus provide customer presentations as a trusted advisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,060 - 198,960 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field with proven relevant professional experience.
  • •Proven experience with server architecture, including integrating, debugging, and/or validating system components with GPU architecture as a plus.
  • •Experience developing and debugging low-level server-based applications or validating hardware components such as CPU, GPU, boards, and storage.
  • •Working knowledge of server software environments including operating systems (Windows, Linux), compilers, benchmarks, and targeted validation applications.
  • •Networking knowledge such as TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, and NICs/switches; familiarity with AI models and PCIe architecture is preferred.
