Key Responsibilities

  • •Minimize losses to the bank by collecting overdue debts while protecting customers’ and the bank’s interests.
  • •Understand customer circumstances and affordability, exploring options within remit to help regain financial stability.
  • •Manage a portfolio of live, current, and overdue customer accounts via inbound/outbound calls and other communication channels.
  • •Provide relevant treatments based on customer circumstances and escalate cases for legal action when necessary.
  • •Complete performance reviews, own progress against targets, and take initiatives to enhance and streamline policy and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to speak, understand, and communicate in English fluently.
  • •Have collections experience.
  • •Write business letters and reports.
  • •Show excellent email, telephone, and customer communication skills.
  • •Have strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) plus knowledge of Excel and skills in Access, and be able to interpret numeric data.
