Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test equipment capabilities for multidisciplinary teams, including production test stations, interface test adapters, and harnesses. •Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
•Design production test stations, ITAs (interface test adapters), and harnesses.
•Create technical drawings, schematics, and perform circuit design and analysis to support test solutions.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
•Mentor cross-functional teams (3–5 members) by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables for on-time completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least five (5) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three (3) years of relevant experience.
•Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
•Experience with electrical design and analysis, including interpreting schematics.
•Experience with schematics tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
•Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).
