Job Summary

Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream by handling end-to-end processes from relieving sales through fulfillment and invoicing. Work in Business Development (pricing and contracts or proposals/quotes) or Operations (sales order management or invoicing). Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents, communicate with internal clients, and help train teammates while contributing to continuous improvement and safety/environment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the OTC value stream and its end-to-end processes for sales relieving, fulfillment, and invoicing for goods and services.
•Execute tasks in either Business Development (pricing/contracts or proposals/quotes) or Operations (sales order management or invoicing).
•Manage and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documentation accurately and timely.
•Communicate with internal clients and provide peer training to new team members.
•Participate in continuous improvement and promote compliance with safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements

•Under direct supervision, support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream end to end, including sales relieving through fulfillment and invoicing.
•Work in Business Development (pricing and contracts or proposals and quotes) or Operations (sales order management or invoicing).
•Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
•Communicate with team and internal clients and provide peer training to new team members.
•At least 1 year of professional office experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; a bachelor’s degree in business and oil & gas experience are preferred.
