•Conduct analysis to identify platform trends and summarize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform content strategy.
•Manage end-to-end creator partnership establishment, including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery, and quality.
•Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo/video) to improve content quality and create needed external-facing graphics/visuals.
•Analyze content performance and user/creator data to draw insights, identify potential issues, and solve problems.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and conduct market research to shape content and influencer strategy for vertical growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and above.
•3+ years working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns.

•Experience working with large datasets to generate insights and conduct root-cause analyses.
