Networking Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist

Provide technical support to clients as a networking systems integration subject matter expert, translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications and alternative backup solutions. Own and coordinate installation activities with junior engineers, escalate unresolved and complex issues to relevant third parties, and respond to escalated client requests. Create reports, proposals, and project documentation, including standard operating procedures for installations and fixes, while mentoring more junior engineers and technicians.
