Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
  • •Compile clear technical specifications and propose advantages/disadvantages to reach the final solution, including alternative backup solutions.
  • •Escalate unresolved and complex problems/issues to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
  • •Write reports and proposals, and complete and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
  • •Coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers/technicians and coordinate their activities against performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Seasoned experience engaging with clients, conducting presentations, and managing complex requirements.
  • •Professional-level certification across networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5) including CCNP/JNCIS/ACMP-type credentials.
  • •Strong experience with networking routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers, including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
