Job Summary

Build the operating infrastructure for Stripe’s Enterprise business by leading cross-cutting strategy projects, coordinating planning, and establishing new operating models. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and support to align on optimal solutions, accelerate progress, and incubate new programs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
•Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams to align on optimal solutions for Stripe and its users.
•Work directly with senior leaders to accelerate progress, develop new operating models, and incubate new programs.
•Establish new operating models in collaboration with key cross-functional teams, focusing on roadmap development and context alignment.
•Coordinate annual and long-range planning for the Enterprise segment and drive alignment across partner teams; manage projects, timelines, and commitments for internal and customer deliverables.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles at technology companies with highly cross-functional work.
•Critical thinking and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions.
•Strong program management skills managing end-to-end execution of projects and programs with measurable business impact.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to speak to leaders across partnerships, product, engineering, and sales.
•Ability to thrive in influence-without-authority environments, execute with minimal guidance, and operate with high ambiguity.
