Key Responsibilities

  • •Design/optimize roadway alignments, intersections and roadway geometry for design-build/alternative delivery projects
  • •Prepare and review roadway CAD designs and models (Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads) and produce technical drawings
  • •Perform roadway design calculations (superelevation, SSD, DSD, acceleration/deceleration lanes) and apply the 2018 AASHTO Green Book
  • •Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop cost-effective transportation solutions
  • •Contribute to project development from concept through construction in a hybrid in-office/remote environment

  • •BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • •For Junior level: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •For Mid-Level: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •For Senior Level/Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
