•Design/optimize roadway alignments, intersections and roadway geometry for design-build/alternative delivery projects
•Prepare and review roadway CAD designs and models (Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads) and produce technical drawings
•Perform roadway design calculations (superelevation, SSD, DSD, acceleration/deceleration lanes) and apply the 2018 AASHTO Green Book
•Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop cost-effective transportation solutions
•Contribute to project development from concept through construction in a hybrid in-office/remote environment

•BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•For Junior level: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalent

•For Senior Level/Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalent
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
