•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries, contributing to a strong team spirit and a positive work climate.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in dynamic multinational Retail environments.
•Knowledge of the main KPIs of retail/commerce.
•Empathy and dynamism; ability to work well in a team and with customers.
•Results-oriented with ability to adapt to strategic changes and new action plans from management.
•Ability to manage store activities and assist with daily operations under Store Manager and Specialists.
