Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise shift team activities to ensure targets are met and the business plan is delivered according to policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • •Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support for process/operational matters to ensure optimal operations in a timely manner.
  • •Oversee day-to-day shift staff activities and plant operating activities to ensure safe and efficient execution and target achievement.
  • •Review work instructions, SOPs, processes, and procedures; recommend changes to improve process efficiency and optimize resources.
  • •Administer SAP operations processes (planning, scheduling, data management, work orders) and ensure documents remain up to date to meet NOMAC quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8 years’ experience in water desalination and power generation plants, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of relevant plant equipment and operations in water desalination and power generation plants.
  • •SAP working knowledge (preferred) and awareness/working knowledge of a new IMS system (preferred).
  • •Mentoring, coaching, and people management skills with strong planning, organizing, and collaboration abilities.
